|Recommended: YesNice Area, Ok Place To Live. — It's nice, for the price should have newer style cupboards throughout, and new fridges with ice and water option. Neighbors are very loud, lots of stomping up and down the stairs, doors slamming, yelling and screaming. Kids leave bikes in front of my door all the time. Area by doorways and bike racks collect alot of garbage and debri and is never blown away by maintenance. Kids are rude, stealing bikes and knocking on doors and running away.

|Recommended: YesFantastic Place To Live — I love Serengeti Springs. It is a fun place to live. My favorite thing is that it is above the inversions that happen in the winter, so the air is very nice especially since I have asthma. I live on the top floor, but I have never heard my neighbors. The playgrounds are also great. Only two things that I can think of for improvement. Some of the gym equipment could use a little more care from the management, and the website could be improved to make navigating for what you want a little simpler. Otherwise, no complaints.

|Recommended: YesSend A Check To Pay Your Rent, Not The Website — Overall, not a bad experience. Staff is friendly, maintenance is responsive and the apartments are very nice. My only gripe is how unreliable the billing is. I paid online and it would often take seven to ten days for the payments to draft from my bank account. Eventually, we broke down and decided a check in the mail was the only way to go. After we made the change, we never had another problem.

|Recommended: YesQuality Spacious Units, Noisy Neighbors — I love the complex, units, amount of space, amenities, and price. By far the best deal we could find for what we were looking for and very happy we live here Only downside is noisy upstairs neighbors--we hear their 5 30 alarm every morning for an hour or more We have talked to management on multiple occasions and it has been taken care of every time but the problem will start over again every couple of months. We feel that the issue is with the tenants, though, and not management. Great place to live
