|Recommended: YesI Have Enjoyed Living At Serengeti Springs Apartment — I would tell them that it is a safe and nice apartment complex. The apartments are spacious and nice and the kids love going swimming whenever they want to. I feel very safe here.
|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — We moved in to Serengeti Springs in February of 2015. So far we absolutely love it Maintenance is really quick, and really friendly. So are the office girls. Plus it is always clean.
|Recommended: YesWe Loved Living Here — The ladies that work in the office are so nice and understanding. They helped us out so many times, and I'm grateful for them. The apartments are nice, the outside is nice, the pool is nice and it was really comfortable living here. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place — The last place we lived in compared to here was just awful. Absolutely great staff here, big apartments, sound proof for the most part can hear the occasional stomping around, but not everyday talking which is huge compared to the last place we lived at.
We had two floods in the span of two months one our sons doing, the other was upstairs and they were both handled very quickly and professionally by the staff, zero complaints about either situation.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments As Long As You Don't Need Anything Fixed. — Apartments are roomy for the price, leasing office is great, plenty of parking, and grounds are well kept. The only 2 black eyes on this complex are 1. the maintenance problem and 2. the lack of garages around the entire complex. The second one is pretty self explanatory so I'll just cover the maintenance. It usually takes more than one request to get something fixed, so you're usually waiting 7 - 10 days. The ticket system is useless because it's not saved on your profile after it's been closed, and the maintenance team doesn't update it with what was done, just that the job was closed and completed.

|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here And Have Mentioned It To Others — wonderful a little bit noisy with load motorcycles and trucks , but all in all i love it, The staff is wonderful

|Recommended: YesSuper Place To Live — Nice, friendly staff, onsite daycare facility that is amazing, Maintenance is pretty good, and besides the carpet not being all that great the apartment is really roomy and is kept nice for new occupants.

|Recommended: YesWhen Looking, Consider Serengeti. — As someone who has never rented, let alone live in the city, Serengeti Springs made the change for me as painless as I suppose it could be. Relatively quiet, great location. Close enough, yet far enough away.

|Recommended: YesReally Great — It's really nice living here...it's very family oriented...if you have kids and you want your kids to have friends, this is a good neighnorhood. BUt as I've said it has lots of kids too. I am single but I like the sound of the children playing outside...reminds me so much of home! The management is awesome! They take time to really serve the tenants. I was out of town and they took care of my internet installation as well as washer and dryer installation...super reliable... I like that...its like I was never alone...so far i really like it here!
|Recommended: YesThe Best Apartment I've Ever Lived In! — Paradise! Quiet! CLEAN!! The office staff actually cares about you and has a personality. They're quick to get things fixed if you have an issue! Absolutely the best apartment I've lived in!
