|Recommended: YesBest First Apartment — My fiancé and I moved out from our old home to these apartments, and we loved them. We had to leave before our lease was up which we didn't want to do and they were so understanding and kind. If we didn't need to leave, we wouldn't have. We had great neighbors, the staff was incredibly friendly and the maintenance workers were so helpful and on top of everything. I love this place, and would recommend these apartments to anyone.

|Recommended: YesMoved From A Home To A Townhouse — I am so pleased with the quality of this place. Moving from owning my own home to renting was terrifying at first but I have been so pleased with the staff, the neighbors and Serengeti Springs in General. Would recommend to friends and family.
|Recommended: YesSecluded — Very nice. A good place to live for a small family figuring out life. Although I can hear my neighbors television loud and clear late at night when I'm trying to sleep and keep 2 children asleep as well.

|Recommended: YesGreat Complex — This complex has been so attentive and helpful. The staff are kind and they even remember me when I come into the office which I rarely need to . I have two dogs and the dog park on site is incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend this complex.

But Overall It Is A Ideal Place For Anyone Starting Out — It is a great place for a young family or couples starting out. Great ammenites and quiet place. Great view of the mountains. Easy commute to the freeway and Mountain View Corridor.
|Recommended: NoThe Manager Is Rude And Unhelpful. — Awful all around. My family and I are trying to move out. They have raised our rent 3 times in less then 2 years. We pay 1030 for a 1 bedroom apartment. Over price for what it is.
|Recommended: YesI Love Serengeti Springs — Living in Serengeti Springs is amazing. It is a quiet, well kept community with friendly, helpful staff and great amenities. My apartment layout is great with the large closets, bathrooms, and living space balanced just right. The grounds are so nice and include spacious grassy areas and beautiful views of the mountains on all sides It is just far enough away from city life, that you feel sequestered in our own nook of West Jordan, but close enough that getting to any store you could ever need is easy and quick. When I moved in, my apartment felt very clean with very little wear and tear from other occupants. Great, great apartments

|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Live — I love living out here. The complex is nice, there is enough parking that I can invite friends over, and I feel safe. I'm on the bottom floor and deal with a lot noise overhead, but that's to be expected. I do wish my surrounding neighbors were better about picking up after their dogs I have to walk into the grass to get into my car and have close calls daily, but if that's my. Ingest complaint, I guess I'm doing all right.
