My a c gave out and I melted all wknd but after a long Monday of work coming home to a very cool home with a bonus, maintenance fixed my bathroom door that I mentioned w out a work order. I give our maintenance 5 thumbs up and my appreciation for making this a priority on a Monday.
|Recommended: YesGreat Location-Poor Property Cleanliness — Living here has been a pretty good experience. A few downfalls that we have run into is even though there are dog bags available, people are still not cleaning up after their pets. The kids around our building destroy property and leave garbage, plastic, glass, etc for my dog to step on while coming down the stairs. I constantly have to carry him over the mess they make. It's also not fun to have guests over when there are nasty statements written in chalk down the stairs and sidewalks.Very embarrassing and makes us look like we live in a trashy complex. Kids are putting sticks and fingers into the AC units which I'm sure is a liability. The neighbors are great and very quiet, which has been great as previously in a different complex we could hear everything. Overall not a bad experience, but the only reason we are staying is because we are too lazy to move our stuff from a 3rd floor, until we get into a house.

|Recommended: YesNewly Rented — Although I haven’t been here long, so far so good. Management are so helpful. It’s very quiet and apartment layout is very nice. There is outside storage, and the best thing for me is the washer dryer hookups no laundrymat. There is a terrific view of the mountains.
North South corridor and shopping is close and convenient. Would recommend to someone looking to rent vs. buy
|Recommended: YesNice Grounds. Nice Staff — Was surprised how little noise we hear, as this is the first time we have lived on a bottom floor. Nice area.

|Recommended: YesNews Letters — We stopped getting news letters I thought maybe they will be back during the summer to tell all the activities. I liked seeing what was going and the kids and I love the activities I hope they do the petting zoo again
|Recommended: YesProperty Is A Great Place — First of all, I would say that it is a magnificent place, 2 great free spaces, 3 excellent internal spaces, 4 excellent service from your administration, 5 the proximity to the mountain makes it have a privileged view

|Recommended: YesPlayground Help — Friendly and clean environment. The staff is very helpful. The smaller playgrounds are broken and don't have much for the kids to play on. There is a bigger one but that means the kids are further away and out of site. Which I'm not comfortable sending them alone that far away, so their play is limited half the time. Positive note the bigger play area is fenced and clean for the kiddos they have fun there when they are able to go.
