I really like that they allow residents to move in all the way- baby proofing, hanging pictures shelves, etc. We haven’t had any problems with maintenance or management. Management has been super sweet and helpful- even when I asked a bunch of annoying questions. Our disposal was broken and Nephi came to make sure it wasn’t going to flood the cabinets. Maintenance came the day after we put the work order in. They fixed it quick, in and out. They were also super sweet. The summer fall grounds always look great and everything is well kept. The pool was clean and the area was well taken care of. I’m mostly impressed with how insulated these units are. I barely hear my neighbors aside from front doors closing and the occasional bass from a movie music. I’ve really enjoyed living here.

|Recommended: NoApartment Review — Quite a few things needed fixing and replacing when we first moved in. Maintenance personnel repaired and replaced quickly. Lots of animals in this complex and many owners do not pick up after their pet droppings. Overall decent establishment.

|Recommended: NoOkay — It was great at first, but after a year of raising my rent more than 100, it takes maintenance forever to fix something because they don't do it right the first time. Seems like they don't fox anything so they can charge us when we move. noise is awful upstairs. Upstairs neighbors have done some pretty awful things and they still have done nothing about it. When our lease is up, we are out for good. I would spend a little more in rent to live somewhere else.
