|Recommended: YesVery Friendly, Clean, Lovely Wonderful New Home! — I felt at home here the first time I visited. The office staff is cheerful, helpful, and remembered my name and who I was. I am always greeted by name and with a smile everytime I enter the leasing office.
Very nice neighbors. The children i have met are friendly and respectful. I love my new home here at Serengeti Springs.

|Recommended: YesA Place I Feel Safe. Great Place For Children. — We are thoroughly impressed with this apartment community. We are in a townhome. If the neighbors are being extremely loud, you can hear just thuds through the walls, but it is a far far cry from those paper thin walls in most apartments. The layout of the townhome is great, with the living downstairs, and the sleeping upstairs, with the exception of a small third bedroom/office room off the living area downstairs. It would be nice to have a somewhat larger bathroom in the townhome (some of the apartments have larger bathrooms though). The patio is nice in that it is fully enclosed by a privacy fence/wall, although it would be nice if it were larger, or maybe extended on out past the window of the downstairs bedroom. Also it is completely open to the weather, so it is impossible to use when it is raining/snowing/windy. Once you get a small table and a couple of chairs on the patio, there is not much room left which is sometimes aggravating if you have children. Maintenance is usually always on top of things. If it is a very urgent matter, in our case, they showed up at our door within half an hour. Other times, it may take a day or so, but you just have to understand the number of units that they are responsible for taking care of and accept it may take them until the next day to get there if it is not urgent. I have never had any problems with the office staff. They are all wonderful people and always smiling and ready to help. Our child is wonderfully happy living here which makes us happy to live here. There are 3 playgrounds, a pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, sledding hills, and even an on site child care facility. The children use the volleyball court above our townhome for playing in the sand and building sand castles and such...and there are a LOT of children that live here which is such a wonderful thing. I can honestly say I have never seen our son happier than he has been since we moved here. I have found it to be a VERY SAFE and VERY SATISFYING place to live, and we look to be here for a long time to come!
|Recommended: YesIt Is Well Kept And Very Friendly Staff. — It's quiet believe it or not! The people that lives here really do abide by the 10pm - 7am quiet time rule :) and it's peaceful out here.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Ever — I have lived at Serengeti Springs for about 7 months now, and I absolutely love it. The apartment/townhouses are so spacious. We are able to host several family events at our place with room to spare. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The grounds are great. If there was one thing about Serengeti Springs that I don't like is the distance to the trash bins. If you live in the middle or way from the main street around the complex, then it is a walk to throw way your trash. Other then this, I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to live.
|Recommended: YesRenter — I love the apartment complex. I love my apartment- it's large and works well for my family. My kids love to play outside and I feel safe when they're outside playing. My kids often leave their bikes outside and I never have to worry about it being stolen. My only complaint is management should talk to you in person if there is an issue rather than leaving a note on the door even when you're home.
